Aside from the food and liquor destinations, we all know that Makati is a place of diverse creations and destinations.

Amidst the busy streets, it also hides gems where we can put all our appreciation towards art itself.

Here are some art galleries to visit if you’re looking for a place to appreciate art more and to get that Instagram feed this kind of aesthetic:

MODEKA ART

Modeka Art is an independent-based art gallery located in La Fuerza Plaza Don Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City. They provide innovative platform that caters local and international artists.

Modeka offers a diverse art forms in styles: painting, sculpture, mixed media, and photography. They also sell their paintings and limited-edition art prints.

VINYL ON VINYL

Vinyl on Vinyl or VOV is an art gallery located in La Fuerza Plaza Don Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City. This gallery was established in 2009 to bring awareness and appreciation for what was called ‘underground’ culture from before.

They cover a variety of arm forms in: large scale murals, art installations in different medium, and art toys.

FINALE ART FILE

Finale Art File is considered as the premier gallery institution in the Philippines showcasing a number of exhibits from the artists in the contemporary arts.

They built this place so that people will have an avenue to showcase their art in different styles.

They have huge paintings, art installations, and sculptures and also a separate room where people can browse portfolios.

ESKINITA ART GALLERY

Eskinita Gallery is an art project of the founder Alfredo “Eski” Esquinillo. The main theme of this gallery is to show the “here” and the “now” of contemporary art.

There are lots of collaborative programs to engage inside this community mostly encouraging enthusiasts and artist in exploring the different sides of art and its role to ourselves.

WHITE WALLS GALLERY

White Walls Gallery was founded in the year 2016 and its role revolves on developing the growth of contemporary arts here in the Philippines.

The gallery has mounted over 30 exhibitions ranging from showcasing renowned, multi-awarded artists to aspiring creatives across numerous genres.

It kept itself at the forefront of the digital market scene with innovative online 360° viewing rooms that serve as a nexus for the public to access art.

SILVERLENS

Silverlens is an art gallery located at Don Chino Roces Avenue Makati and its primary goal is to expose and put the artists on the broad spotlight of contemporary art.

Silverlens has made its way on to one of the leading art galleries in Southeast Asia. This was founded by Isa Lorenzo and Rachel Rillo.
