Twitter is an online news and social networking site where people interact and check trending news through “tweets”. It offers a variety without limit, targeting a wider audience when it comes to content and anything random.
Twitter is very popular because it is a broadcast platform. They offer news in a span of minutes and hours depending on the topics that you like ranging from fashion, to sports, to literature. The top 5 countries with the most Twitter users include USA, Japan, India, Brazil, and United Kingdom.
Twitter is such a spectacular app, but what else is missing on Twitter? What do people want?
Twitter edit button is now just a dream. It has come to a lot of users that requesting this is such a waste of time and people are complaining. They want the edit button as soon as possible. People can’t redo everything. When you post a lengthy tweet and realize your typo error after it was posted, you can’t edit it all. You delete the tweet, do it again, or move on instantly.
Twitter gave no explanation as to why they don’t want to pursue an edit button for this app.
Kayvon Beykpour, Twitter product lead, mentioned in an interview that they thought of making it happen but it’s not part of their priorities as of now.
Meanwhile, former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, proposed a year ago that they can have another term for edit button but they’re still thinking about. His thought about the edit button was, “It’s probably never going to happen.”
On the other hand of the good, Twitter still offers good perks and improvements—One good thing people can enjoy as of the moment is the additional feature like its full-sized images on the platform wherein you will be allowed to view images without the auto-cropping algorithm.
