Netflix is stepping up its game in producing quality Korean Dramas for Korean drama fans out there.

2021 dramas is all about coming home—because they’re all feel good dramas that deserve your attention, that deserve all the hype.

Here are the on-going K-dramas on Netflix that should be on your list right now:

TWENTY-FIVE TWENTY-ONE

Familiar with the bangs? It’s not Bok joo, it’s Hee do. Twenty-Five Twenty-One is a South Korean drama starred by Nam Joo Hyuk and Kim Tae ri. This will enlighten all your feels as this was set in 1998 and everything is pure throwback with scenes in the present. This is a story of an 18-year old girl and a 22-year old guy who met in a random town, at a random time, and with a random scenario. The story focuses on Hee Do’s hobby in fencing and Yijin’s struggle to find a job due to the bankruptcy their family faced. Twenty-Five Twenty-One is a story about dreams and achieving your goals with no particular timeline—just making the most of your time and dealing with people that come in and out of your life.

THIRTY-NINE

Thirty-Nine is a feel-good drama of three bestfriends: Mi-jo, Chan-young, and Joo-hee. You will come across this drama on all your timeline because this drama is star-studded with famous and familiar Korean actors. The cast includes Son Ye Jin, Jeon Mi Do, and Kim Ji-Hyun. You can sense that this will be somehow the drama that is made for you. The themes are about friendship, romance, and navigating life in general.

FORECASTING LOVE AND WEATHER

Forecasting love and weather is a romance drama starring crowd favorites, Song Kang and Park Min Young. This drama will make you feel alive because the setting is too cheerful to handle. The plot revolves around the people working in Korea Meteorological Administration and they develop a certain story as they work together as weather forecasters.

This office drama is perfect because it is one of the most-awaited genre in K-dramas and Park Min Young seems to be the type to ace this one on a different level.
