This Limited-Edition KFC Perfume Is The New Talk Of The Town, And Here Is Why

Delighting in the aroma of fried chicken is a joyous experience. But let’s be real: the smell on your hands afterward? Not as delightful. Yet, fear not! KFC is here to shake up the fragrance world with their newest creation: a limited-edition BBQ perfume.

KFC introduced its first-ever perfume, the No. 11 Eau de BBQ. KFC, renowned globally for its array of delectable fried chicken selections, is stepping into the fragrance market with its own unique line of perfumes. Breaking away from conventional norms, their signature scent offers a refreshing departure from the usual floral or musky notes. Perfume aficionados accustomed to more traditional aromas will now be greeted by the distinct fragrance of barbecue sauce, adding a flavorful twist to their olfactory journey.

The catch is that although KFC is an American brand, its new No. 11 Eau de BBQ perfume is exclusively available in the United Kingdom. You can snag a 100-ml bottle of this red and black fragrance for just $13.82 on KFC’s official online store in the UK.

Barbeque Bliss for a Cause

KFC’s unique perfumes aren’t just about making a statement; they’re about making a difference. Every purchase of Eau de BBQ contributes to the KFC Foundation, which is dedicated to empowering local communities and NGOs. With a focus on nurturing the potential of young individuals, the foundation paves the way for a brighter and more promising future.

KFC’s Ongoing Affair with Perfumery

KFC isn’t new to the perfume game. Back in late 2023, their Spanish branch introduced a special fragrance called Eau D’uardo, drawing inspiration from the enticing aroma of fried chicken. This one-of-a-kind scent was offered exclusively through the KFC app at a pocket-friendly price of 3.99 euros, roughly $4.30.

Out and About

KFC’s new perfume might sound like a wild idea for a business move or a marketing strategy, but it’s not the first time this has happened. Back in 2022, Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla, launched a perfume that smelled like burnt hair. Each bottle was priced at $100, and Musk proudly announced selling over ten thousand bottles within just 24 hours.
