McDonald’s included ITZY k-idols in its special commercial and fans were very much delighted.
This commercial was used to promote FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 as well as their promotional Pepperoni Burger Pizza, which has a soccer ball-inspired bun. The commercial includes people from countries around the world, including Japan, South Africa, South Korea, Mexico, Uruguay, England, France, Spain, Australia, China, Qatar, and the United States.
The spot features no shortage of celebrities from across the spectrum including Ted Lasso star, Jason Sudeikis; TikTok megastar, Khaby Lame; K-Pop sensation, ITZY; Twitch streamer, and gamer, Edwin Castro.
ITZY FREAKING MADE IT.
In ITZY’s segment, Lia asks in Korean, “Can you bring us some McDonalds?”
The official McDonalds Twitter account has also shared a series of tweets asking followers “do you wanna go to McDonalds?” with one post featuring ITZY. When ITZY’s account replied with a simple heart, McDonalds quickly proved their fan status with the response “IM A MIDZY”!
