More Than Just A MOO: XS Multimedia Works With Its First SME—MooMart

XS Multimedia just recently worked with its first ever SME— ‘MooMart’.

MooMart is an online market where farmers of any scale can sell their products directly to the consumer. They’re a two-sided marketplace where farmers are in-charge of harvesting, packing their harvest, and shipping them from the buyer. Its goal is to serve this agritech-startups by serving this sector and also help prevent food waste as well as help save the environment.

MooMart was also built to serve as a platform that allows buyers to find farmers—allowing farmers to have their own storefront and give them the chance to showcase their own products. In many simple words, MooMart is now here to serve as the first online farmers market in the Philippines that connects farmers and businesses, an opportunity to help farmers earn more because they don’t have to lower their prices and on the other side helps buyers buy for a lot cheaper.

With an existing hardship selling out fresh produce from the farm, the farmers’ efforts were also sacrificed—what’s not clicking?

MooMart is now here to serve as THE platform that will help benefit the farmers at the same time businesses. They want to fix the problem by ensuring farmers a fully-developed platform wherein it’s a win-win opportunity for everyone: farmers get to sell and so do businesses. Right now, the struggle has something to do with all things digital because they really do not have the channel to sell. MooMart now serves as their channel to sell, issues solved.

In order for them to get a little bit of spice, get customers, and encourage potential ones, XS Multimedia got the thrill of it all, handled the digital campaign, and transformed the brand into something more inviting, the brutally creative way.

XS Multimedia helped improve the brand by making posts in the most appealing way possible. And just like that, #MooreThanAMart happened. The agency thought of something so catchy to live up MooMart’s campaign and beliefs, something that is understandable, no explanations needed = No Moore Middleman, No Moore Markup, Moore Efficient Supply Chain. Taking advantage of the company’s name MooMart, XS Multimedia used these animal sounds in different sections for the variety and made the visuals come to life. Divided into Moo, Oink, Chirp, and Quack—the agency’s key visuals directed at the possibility of people getting engaged by knowing who the brand is, the process of joining and selling, the product services, teasers that are very trendy, and audience-centric themes with the use of some features, testimonials, and talking to farmers and businesses. The digital campaign was well thought of in a way that it is not too formal, but is friendly and simple enough for users, farmers, and businesses to understand without confusion.

XS Multimedia curated creative posts that are bright, modern of course, simple, fun, and accessible to be posted on social media for the months of November and December. The tone and the posts were presented in a colloquial and friendly manner so it’ll be an easy approach to all vendors or marketers who’ll inquire. The visual tone in an overall was made quirky and funny—something very relatable and timely.

XSM was also in-charge in handling, posting, and boosting of both their Facebook and Instagram pages. There is a growing number of improvements and interactions of the people finally recognizing MooMart as the online marketplace. Through the boosting strategy, some people left their wonder and questions in social media. Questions like if the products will ever include organic fruits and vegetables, natural fed livestock, if how the brand could expand their reach, how vendors could actually join, the packaging of the goods most especially the fruits to keep its freshness, and other people asking if it’s possible to reach farm-centered cities like Laguna, Baguio, and Mountain Province.

The catchy teasers were very much relatable and the color palette chosen strike delight to audiences as seen in the outputs. XS Multimedia really got its hands on the key visuals in which it captured the right amount of appeal and aura intended for people in social media platforms. XS Multimedia was able to get a number of people and interactions for MooMart. With an ad budget of P20,000 focused solely on increasing the Page Likes, XS Multimedia were able to amass a total 3,487 Page Likes for the MooMart Facebook page since the agency started handling this project in early November.

This #brutallycreative digital campaign by XS Multimedia brought direction to emphasize that MooMart offers no middleman in this agricultural campaign. Breaking barriers, MooMart is an agritech start-up who wants to disrupt the farm-to-fork market bombarded by a lot of marketplaces riddled with middlemen and resellers who continuously want to take advantage of hundred and thousands of farmers here in the Philippines. By connecting small-time farms directly to consumers, you can buy directly from the farmers, there’s no price games, and in return—a two-way street outcome: the farmer benefits from their fresh produce and buyers get to have products way cheaper than usual.

And this is something XS Multimedia can relate to—disrupting the traditional and going in and beyond from what people are used to.
