The Reddit User That Turned Famous Logos Into Retro 80s Style

Three years ago, a reddit user by the name of FuturePunk recreated famous brand logos into retro 80s style. The logos were so fantastic it garnered 8,900 views, 8851 points, 145 comments with 98 percent upvotes. What we like about this aesthetic is that it is nostalgic and timeless. It will always have the same vintage vibe (obviously) even after three years. The recreated Netflix logo resembles that of the MTV logo during the early 90s. While looking at the video, we can’t particularly pick a favorite as they were all legit eye candies.

Retrofuture design aesthetic is still on the rise after all these years. Thanks to the various influences from shows like Stranger Things, Fear Street Trilogy, Altered Carbon, Futurama, Almost Human and Upload. We are looking at 2022 to have more retrofuturistic designs not only in film but also in package design and branding.
